Trying to stay modest here but I have yet to find anything within PMPC as a tool, service or the customer support that we "least" like. No other patching tool has been this comprehensive by order of magnitude. The resources available on the web and YouTube for customizing or tweaking aspects of PMPC or observing best practices are phenomenal.
